Download and install the Sena Device Manager on your computer.

Update
Update the firmware of your Sena product with the Sena Device Manager.

Pair
Reset your Sena product to the factory default setting (refer to the User’s Guide) and pair your Sena product with your Bluetooth device again.

Sena Outdoor App
The Sena Outdoor App provides users with even more ways to customize their Sena devices. Available for iPhones and Androids, Smart Intercom Pairing enables instant connections via a simple scan of QR codes. Users can also manage the paired list of devices and access device settings.
