The R2 is an aerodynamic Smart Cycling Helmet designed for road cyclists. The R2 features a Bluetooth® Intercom communication system for rider-to-rider conversation, plus smartphone pairing for music, GPS, cues from fitness apps, and more. The R2’s impressive feature set is a nod to Sena’s original R1 smart helmet, but the R2 takes things to the next level with a new design and an integrated taillight.

  • PROTECTION AND COMFORT

    The sleek helmet also features a built-in taillight, improving your visibility to others on the road. In addition to the convenient taillight, the R2 bike helmet is built to withstand an impact, providing necessary protection thanks to an in-mold polycarbonate shell. The helmet is lined with removable and washable inner padding, a smooth nylon chin strap, and a spin lock, all for superior protection and a secure fit.

  • RIDER-TO-RIDER COMMUNICATION WITHOUT THE SHOUTING

    Sena’s Bluetooth® Intercom technology allows for up to 4 riders to connect and chat from helmet to helmet at a range of just over a half mile (900 meters). When connecting with just one other rider, users will experience HD intercom quality. Audio is delivered through built-in speakers located just above the ears, which allows for awareness of surrounding sounds such as traffic, unlike in-ear buds. Located in the front of the helmet is a seamlessly integrated microphone that features Sena's patented Advanced Noise Control™ technology, picking up and transmitting your voice more clearly.

WITH SENA APP

Simply pair one of your Sena helmets or communication systems with the Sena Cycling App for quick setup and easy management. You can pair/connect your device through the Bluetooth settings menu on your mobile phone. The Sena Cycling App is compatible with Sena's helmets and communications systems for cyclists.

HOW TO MEASURE
  • Wrap a soft, flexible measuring tape horizontally around your head 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape softly snug, read the length and repeat for accuracy. Use the largest measurement.
  • Select the helmet size that is closest to your head measurement from the Size Chart above.
