SENA RELEASES FIRMWARE UPDATES FOR THE 30K, 5S, ACS-RAM, IMPULSE, SPIDER RT1, SPIDER ST1, & STRYKER

Sena Technologies, Inc. released firmware updates for the 30K, 5S, ACS-RAM, IMPULSE, SPIDER RT1, SPIDER ST1,  & The STRYKER which include:

30K v3.4 Firmware Update (for 30K-01 and 30K-02)

 

[Changes]
- Added Mesh Reach-Out function
- Modified so that only the phone volume changes when the volume is changed in Idle mode
- Modified to control the mesh intercom with the multi-function button on the RC4 remote control  

30K v4.1 Firmware Update (for 30K-01 and 30K-02)

ENHANCEMENTS

+ Added Mesh Reach-Out feature.

BUG FIXES
=========
- Fix to not make changes to adjust phone volume when connected to a Goldwing motorcycle.
- Fixed changing the volume in Idle mode to only change the phone volume.
- When enabling audio overlay volume management, when listening to intercom and music at the same time, adjusting the music volume on the phone or app now synchronizes the volume on the phone and app.
- Fixed AT command displaying headset battery when connecting with Android phone.
- Fixed VOX sensitivity.

5S v2.2.1 Firmware Update (for 5S-10 and 5S-10D)

Changes
-Fixed an issue where the headset died when receiving or making a call after connecting to an Android phone
-Fixed an issue where multiple remotes could not be paired or multiple remotes could not be paired
-Fixed an issue where songs did not play when connected to WHIM
-Fixed an issue where WHIM's music and intercom were mixed  

 

ACS-RAM v1.0.2 Firmware Update

ENHANCEMENTS
==============
* Improved tone volume when playing A2DP.
* Improved the problem of not being able to call the voice dial function during A2DP playback.

BUG FIXES
=========
* Fixed an issue where the headset died when making a voice dial call during A2DP playback.  

 

Impulse v1.2 Firmware Update

ENHANCEMENTS
==============
+ Added Mesh Reach-Out feature.

BUG FIXES
=========
- Modified to allow volume control of headset on Ducati audio system.
- Fixed an issue where some BMW TFT audio systems do not pruduce sound when reconnected, except during pairing.
- Fixed a problem where GPS voice guidance did notcome out during music sharing.
- Fixed an issue where audio does not come out of the intercom volume when you set the audio overlay volume management setting to "enable" and listen to music with the mesh intercom.
- Fixed side tone problems when rebooted after side tone activation and mesh intercom is turned on.
- Modified to prevent Siri from shutting down due to "hey Siry" voice assistant when the phone's trigger is enabled.
- Modified headset battery indication to appear quickly when connecting iPhone
- Fixed an issue where the maximum volume tone came out when typing text on the iPhone.
- Fixed changing the volume in Idle mode to only change the phone volume.
- Fixed an issue where music came out mono when you set the Bluetooth Intercom Audio Multitasking setting to "enable" and set the Audio Multitasking Volume Management setting to "enable" and listen to music with BT Intercom.

 

SPIDER RT1 v1.2.1 Firmware Update (for 2022 version)

Changes
- Improved music sharing connectivity
- Fixed an issue where music sharing participants could not adjust the volume
-Fixed an issue where the requested headset died when music sharing was performed immediately after disconnecting music sharing from the app  

 

SPIDER RT1 v2.1.2 Firmware (for 2022 version of SPIDER RT1)

Changes
- Added the "Mesh Reach Out" feature.
- Enable the ringtone to play when receiving a phone call on Mesh Intercom.
- Improved the playback speed of the volume limit notification tones.
- Modified an issue where the phone button notification tone would not play during a call.
- Added a notification tone when ending a call.
- Resolved an issue where the configuration menu sometimes did not exit.
- Resolved an issue where the product shut down abnormally when connected to some GPS (Zumo) devices.
- Fixed the product to not enter "Phone Pairing" mode when using Configuration & Speed Dial or Factory Reset.
- Fixed the issue where the volume decreases when receiving a phone call on iPhone.
- Fixed an issue where the tone would not play when quickly adjusting the volume.
- Changed the button notification tone to match existing Sena products. 

 

SPIDER RT1 v2.1.3 Firmware (for 2022 version of SPIDER RT1)
Changes
- Fixed the issue where the sound did not decrease when controlling the call volume using the iPhone button

 

 

SPIDER ST1 v1.2.1 Firmware Update (for SPIDER-ST1-01, SPIDER-ST1-01D)
