Livia Lancelot, Teammanagerin und die erste und einzige franz\u00f6sische Fahrerin, die zweimal Motocross-Weltmeisterin wurde (2008 und 2016) steht an der Spitze des Teams. Zu ihren Erfolgen z\u00e4hlen u.a. zwei Medaillen bei den X-Games USA und sieben franz\u00f6sische Meistertitel, was Livia Lancelot zur meist betitelten Frau in ihrem Bereich macht.\u00a0<br><br>Nachdem sie ihre Karriere als Fahrerin beendet hatte, beschloss sie, ihr eigenes Team zu gr\u00fcnden. In nur wenigen Monaten wurde das Team 114 Honda Motorsports zur erfolgreichsten franz\u00f6sischen Struktur in der MX2 dank eines Managements, das auf Ehrgeiz und K\u00fchnheit basiert. Zu seinen Erfolgen z\u00e4hlen bisher der\u00a0 5. Platz in der 125er-Weltmeisterschaft 2019 und im selben Jahr der Titel des britischen MX2-Jugendmeisters. Nachdem sie in der Saison 2020 den 10. Platz belegte, hofft sie dieses Mal auf einen Platz in den Top 5 der Meisterschaft. Dank Vollduplex-Kommunikation wird Livia in der Lage sein, den Fahrern durch den Einsatz vom Tufftalk M und 50R sofortige Ratschl\u00e4ge\u00a0 und HInweise zu geben. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erm\u00f6glicht das Tufftalk M der Crew, w\u00e4hrend der Rennen zu kommunizieren.
