Digital Input/output Control Using Bluetooth
 
Description
The Parani-BP200 is a customized SENA product to interface with digital I/O. BP200 has the combined features of Rhio232 and Parani-SD. BP200 can convert digital I/O signal to Bluetooth and vice versa.
This example shows how digital signal from gas meter is converted to Bluetooth, and how gas meter is controlled remotely.
 
 
 
How it works
The digital signal is sent from gas meter to BP200.

Product : BP200
  • Count pulse signals (digital input) of gas meter and send accumulated counter over Bluetooth
  • Monitor digital input status and send alert message when the status is changed
  • Configuration using AT commands
 
 
 
 
 
BP200 sends pulse counter data to Parani-SD1000 over Bluetooth

Product : Parani-SD1000
  • Bluetooth-serial adapter to replace RS232 serial cable
  • Working distance (In an open field): Nom. 100m, up to 1000m using patch antenna
  • Enhanced portability: standard & extended battery pack options
  • No external drivers required
 
 
 
 
 
The data received by SD1000 is sent to CPU module and processed.
