1. Sena enters strategic partnership agreement with Initium
Sena announced a strategic partnership agreement with Initium, the manufacturer of the Bluetooth connectivity product line ranging from embedded and external type Bluetooth serial adapters, and Bluetooth IP gateways with variety of feature combinations.
Under the agreement, Initium will take the role of R&D and production, and Sena takes the role of marketing, sales and customer support including OEM, private labeling and customization in order to maximize operational synergies for the rapidly expanding wireless device networking market.
